Now in its 7th year, the European Spectrum Management Conference has an established reputation as the major European meeting point of the year for stakeholders involved in spectrum management. This year's event will cover a number of key European and global regulatory issues, and look at the best way forward in the implementation of the RSPP and Europe's spectrum policy roadmap. In addition, it will take a look at the growing influence of countries such as China and India, and the effect this is having on the shape of the global telecoms landscape. Finally, it will look in detail at the 'spectrum crunch' that many are predicting we will soon be facing, and at how reallocation of frequencies (including a possible second digital dividend), new technologies and various market mechanisms could possibly be used to provide a solution to this.
