COSMOTE and its subsidiary COSMOTE ROMANIAN MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. (COSMOTE ROMANIA) signed an agreement today for a Euro 30 million loan to COSMOTE ROMANIA , for two months. The agreement is part of the scheduled financing of COSMOTE ROMANIA by up to a total amount of €400 million during the period 2006-2008. The financing of COSMOTE ROMANIA, including the re-financing of the above mentioned €30 million loan, will be funded by COSMOTE through borrowings from OTE'™s subsidiary, OTE plc, following the necessary approval by the Ordinary General Assembly of the Company'™s shareholders that will take place on June 9, 2006.
