Deutsche Telekom has added new mobile tariffs for private and business customers to its tariff portfolio, including the first mobile tariffs for the German market with an unlimited data volume, according Telecompaper. Telekom’s MagentaMobil XL plan now offers private customers unlimited high-speed data for EUR 79.95 per month. Data use for EU roaming is capped at 23 GB per month. Telekom said the new tariff is a response to customers’ growing demand for more data volume and cost control as well as services like Telekom’s zero-rated option StreamOn.

Telekom’s Business Mobil XL Plus tariff is the first tariff for business customers in Germany to contain unlimited mobile data. The new tariff costs EUR 87.95 per month and offers unlimited monthly data volume, 25 GB of EU roaming data as well as unlimited calls from Germany to fixed lines in the EU, US, Canada and Australia. Customers can add the One Number and Business VoiceMail services to the tariff free of charge.

Telekom has also added the MagentaMobil XS tariff to its entry-level range for private customers with low data volume needs. The MagentaMobil XS tariff costs EUR 19.95 per month and offers 750 MB of high-speed data and unlimited calls and SMS.

Telekom said it is also rolling out a new ad-campaign directed by the duo Wolf & Lamm and produced by Tony Peterson Film to support the launch of these new tariffs.
