Eutelsat said its ordinary and extraordinary annual general meeting of shareholders approved the dividend relating to financial year 2017-18, amounting to EUR 1.27 per share, up 5 percent compared to previous year, according Telecompaper. The dividend will be paid on 22 November. The board also approved the renewal of the mandates of Ross McInnes and Bpifrance Participations and the compensation of corporate officers and compensation policy.
