Microsoft Romania announced that its general manager Gabriela Matei (photo) has decided to leave the company for a job elsewhere, according Telecompaper. Matei joined Microsoft Romania six years ago as cloud director and was named GM in 2016. Microsoft said the cloud segment had grown significantly and overall the company showed a strong performance under her leadership. Matei's successor will be announced at a later date.
