Orange Spain has launched an MVNO service dubbed Amena. Orange Spain took over the Amena brand name when it acquired Auna's mobile business in 2005. Amena will market its services exclusively online. The MVNO offers mobile voice and SMS services, as well as mobile internet access for mobile subscribers across Spain. Customers can take up the Amena ‘SIM Only’ service in two variants – ‘Tarifa Voz+SMS’ and ‘Tarifa Internet+voz+SMS’. The two tariff plans are available for monthly fees of EUR 19 and EUR 29 (VAT not included), respectively. Subscribers will receive up to 3,600 minutes for voice calls to 150 destinations, 1,000 SMS to 100 destinations, and up to 1GB for mobile data traffic at maximum speeds.
