Orange Romania will be one of the first operators from the Orange group to implement a new connected to customers' stores concept, writes local paper Wall-Street.ro citing Orange CEO Stephane Richard (photo) who recently presented this week at Paris the new innovations the operator is preparing, according Telecompaper. Customers will be able to book so-called order tickets from their handsets while visiting the new stores. After the booking, they will be called via SMS after a sales representative will become available to offer their support.
At the same time, customers can also ask that products be sent to their address if they have no time. The new stores will have spaces that mimic rooms in a house, namely kitchens, living rooms, rooms as well as business offices. The stores' staff will provide visitors with pieces of information as soon as the latter enter the store so that customers' wishes are responded to much faster.
