Orange Romania had the highest upload and download speeds for mobile internet services among postpaid customers in Q1, 19.91 Mbps and 59.04 Mbps respectively, writes local paper Ziarul Financiar citing data measured by the netograf.ro platform operated by Ancom. According to data from the platform, Telekom is the second player in the market, with average upload and download speeds of 13.99 Mbps and 25.73 Mbps respectively. Vodafone, the second player on the mobile market, came in third with 23.91 Mbps for download and 12.74 Mbps for upload, according Telecompaper. RCS&RDS is ranked last in the ranking with the lowest average download and upload speeds of 9.53 Mbps and 3.13 Mbps.
