Romanian telecommunications authority Ancom launched a public consultation on a draft decision on the conditions and modalities of making available to the authority pieces of information on the location, route, type and actual use of the physical infrastructure owned by network operators and by public sector organisations, according Telecompaper. The draft decision also provides for the establishment of the Single Information Point by which such pieces of information should be reported by network operators and public sector organisations and be accessed by the providers of public electronic communications networks.
The interested parties are invited to submit comments and proposals by 13 November.
