Bucharest, May 9 , 2006 '“ Starting with May 10, 2006, Vodafone Romania offers its customers the new Vodafone Europe option for international calls to European countries.
For only US$ 4 monthly, Vodafone Europe allows our contract customers to make calls at only US$ 0,22/ minute (without VAT) to Vodafone subsidiaries and partner networks in 27 countries in Europe, as well as to fixed operators from 44 European countries.

Vodafone Romania clients who choose Vodafone Europe by June 20, 2006, will get one month free subscription.
The US$ 0.22/minute tariff is available to Vodafone Romania subscribers no matter when the call is made, the call length or the frequency of calls. The standard tariff for international calls to Europe is US$ 0.65/minute (without VAT).
