In November 2017, Telekom was the first operator on the Romanian market to introduce the unlimited 4G mobile data traffic offer for the post-paid segment, as well as unlimited free data traffic for video streaming for prepaid customers. As of Monday, March 26, Telekom Romania extends the Unlimited Mobile Data Traffic bonus as well as for the prepaid customers, starting 5 euro credit. “As of today, in a 360 degrees product architecture, Telekom offers the best value for money for the prepaid segment, as well. We continue with our #Netliberare promise and extend the 4G unlimited mobile data traffic for our prepaid customers, starting 5 euro credit. This is a unique offer on the Romanian telecom market and is part of the Telekom strategy to have best offers and at the same time simplify its services both for the post-paid and prepaid segments. Thus, for the prepaid customers, the new mobile service portfolio offers them two options (5 and 6 euro credit) with access to unlimited data bonus, as well as generous bundles of national and international minutes (starting at 1500 national minutes and SMS and 100 international minutes for the 5 euro credit option) all with 28 days validity.
As for the post-paid customers, they will benefit from a new and simplified portfolio, all tariff plans being eligible for unlimited data bonus and all tariff plans including unlimited voice, starting from 5 euro/month promotional price for customers which have or acquire at the same moment at least one fixed service from Telekom.
In addition, the new subscribers can buy one of the many smartphones in instalments and with zero down-payment.
As for the Internet TV service, Telekom offers customers a unique offer for a personalised TV service, with the new Smart receiver from Samsung with 164 channels* including premium content like Cinemax and HBO channels and HBO GO service and UEFA football matches on Telekom Sport (UEFA Champions League matches entering the quarter finals phase as of April 3) and the possibility to experience the Play, Pause and Replay interactive features. Tariffs start from only 5 euros for the Internet TV service when acquired in a bundle of minimum two services, plus the first two months of service free of charge.
