Thus, as of 15 May 2019, residential customers with fixed and / or mobile voice services will benefit from advantageous tariffs for calls and / or SMS to fixed and mobile destinations in the European Economic Area (Member States of the European Union plus Iceland, Lichstenstein and Norway). These regulated tariffs will be 0.226 euro / minute, VAT included, 0.071 euro / SMS, VAT included. In the event that Telekom Romania customers currently benefit from tariffs lower than these regulated tariffs, lower rates remain.
The international minutes included in the subscription, available to * Zone 1 and ** 2, will continue to be used for fixed and mobile destinations in those areas, but also to the EEA. Also, the international minutes included in the subscription, available to the EU, US and Canada, will continue to be used by customers to fix and mobile destinations in those areas, but also to the EEA.
Both customers using prepaid cards and subscribtions will benefit from the new tariffs.
For fixed service customers:

** Zone 2 - Mobile Networks Europe: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia Herzegovina, Switzerland, Georgia, Faroe Islands, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine. (at the standard rate)
For mobile customers:
