Telekom Romania announced the sale of a land located in the Floreasca area of Bucharest for EUR 18 million to One United Properties, according to local publication Hotnews.ro. The land was sold through an auction launched in February with a starting price of EUR 13.9 million, excluding VAT, according Telecompaper. The urban land has an area of 25,839 square metres and has an opening of about 120 meters to Lake Floreasca. The land was put up for sale on the site dedicated to Telekom Romania Group's real estate properties website realestate.telekom.ro.
