Vodafone Romania named Ioana Mihailescu (photo) as director customer operations, according to local paper Ziarul Financiar citing an announcement from Vodafone. Mihailescu replaces Ana Alexe who will take over the same role at Vodafone Australia., according Telecompaper.Most recently, Mihailescu was director of channel strategy and customer value management within the consumer Business Unit of Vodafone Romania.
