HTC a câștigat un nou premiu de prestigiu – iF Gold Product Design Award – care vine în completarea listei impresionante de premii obținute de vârful de gamă HTC One. "Când am creat smartphone-ul HTC One, ne-am dorit să fie excepțional din toate punctele de vedere, atât în interior, cât și în exterior. Prin perseverență și concentrare, echipa de design a HTC a reinventat noțiunea de smartphone prin acest model care îmbină cu succes tehnologii de ultimă generație cu design premium, care ne poziționează drept lider în design dincolo de granițele industriei telefoanelor mobile. Parte dintr-o serie de produse de elită premiate în cadrul competiției din acest an, HTC One primește celebra distincție pentru design – o piatră de hotar recunoscută internațional în domeniul design-ului de excepție. Membrii juriului au evaluat un total de 4.615 înscrieri, din care au selectat 75 de produse reprezentative pentru excelența în design.
Produsele câștigătoare în cadrul competiției iF Design sunt acum prezentate într-o expoziție online, HTC One fiind expus în categoria telecomunicații. Modelul HTC One a fost evaluat în funcție de numeroase criterii precum designul, fabricație, materialele folosite, nivelul de inovație, amprenta asupra mediului, funcționalitate, ergonomie, experiență de utilizare, siguranță, valoare de brand, branding și design universal.
