Provider of audio enhancement technologies, DTS has announced it has expanded its relationship with Huawei to include DTS Sound within select Huawei smartphone models, starting with the A199, delivering an immersive audio experience and improved sound quality. DTS Sound maximises the acoustic power of Huawei's new smartphones, providing high-definition audio for watching videos, listening to music, gaming or streaming content, according Telecompaper. The embedded audio service also creates a surround sound effect, enhancing the overall entertainment experience. The A199 smartphone from Huawei is currently shipping at various retailers throughout China.
