Do you know what is PEPPOL? It is a system that enables the connection of eProcurement communities allowing private sector to bid for public sector contracts from anywhere in Europe. The project ended in 2012 and the OpenPEPPOL Association --with public and private members- took over. Its specifications have been implemented across Europe.
